About My Clients
I support teens, adults, and couples with a wide range of presenting concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship stressors, major life or career transitions, grief and loss, self-harm, and trauma. I am available both in-person and virtually, and I have daytime, after-school, and evening availability.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with teens and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, self-esteem concerns, and relationship issues. I provide support with compassion and understanding, helping clients identify and pursue goals that matter most to them. My therapeutic style is solution-focused and collaborative, and I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, existential approaches, and mindfulness practices. As a 200-hour yoga instructor, I also integrate breath work, relaxation techniques, and meditation when appropriate. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where individuals can be themselves, heal from past experiences, and explore their greatest potential.
