My Background and Approach
I specialize in treating adolescents and young adults. I help navigate their journey by encouraging self-exploration, teaching healthy coping skills, increasing self-regulation skills, and improving self-esteem for increased happiness and overall wellness. I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is a treatment designed to alleviate emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences. I believe each individual’s path to healing and wellness is different, therefore, I remain flexible and utilize a collaborative approach in treatment.
