My Background and Approach
I am certified hypnotherapist, a member in good standing in the National Guild of Hypnotists, Inc and the Lebanese Syndicate of Hypnotherapists. I am also a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator. I provide a safe and supportive space for people to reach the root cause of their issues in the subconscious mind where true inner healing happens, healing the inner child, forgiveness of self and of others. In my practice, there is no place for judgments, no good or bad, no white or black because I beleive that only love is healing and it starts with self love. A hypnotherapy session will start by deep physical relaxation followed by mental relaxation and regression to the root cause of the issue. I incorporate parts therapy and the power of suggestions to reinforce the healing process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am on my mission of helping others heal themselves. I beleive in oneness and that pain is universal and there is so much more joy in giving than in receiving and no greater reward than seeing a client move closer to his or higher self, freer and more confident and positive about life and its many hidden blessings.
