About My Clients
You don’t have to keep carrying everything on your own. I work with preteens, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel emotionally overwhelmed, struggle with boundaries, or find themselves repeating unhealthy patterns. Together, we’ll build insight, resilience, and practical skills to help you feel more grounded and confident.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi College and provide integrative, evidence-based counseling under clinical supervision. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to each client’s unique needs because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I integrate evidence-based therapies to help clients increase emotional awareness, regulate difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, and create healthier relationship patterns. Whether you’re working through anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, or major life transitions, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins with feeling safe, heard, and accepted. Therapy isn’t about having someone tell you what to do—it’s about working together to understand your experiences, recognize your strengths, and build the skills needed to move forward with confidence. I value authenticity, compassion, and curiosity, and I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Outside of counseling, I enjoy reading, journaling, and quiet moments that help me recharge—practices I often encourage as part of developing sustainable self-care and emotional well-being.
