About My Clients
I work with people navigating the “messy middle” of change – whether you’re facing a transition, loss, or a quiet sense that something is missing. You may feel stuck, unsure of your path, or weighed down by self-doubt. When our foundations shift, it’s easy to lose our footing. You don’t have to do this alone. I can help you reconnect with your values, rebuild your sense of self, and move toward a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and truly your own.
My Background and Approach
I’m here to help you reconnect with your authentic self and live with greater purpose, presence, and ease. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I listen deeply, reflect what I hear, and support you as you lead the way. Early on, we’ll clarify your goals and create a plan together, adjusting as we go based on what feels most helpful to you. I use evidence-based therapies to support both immediate relief and long-term growth. I often incorporate Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps you hold difficult thoughts and feelings without judgment, stay grounded in the present, and take meaningful action guided by your values. My goal is to help you feel better now while building resilience for whatever lies ahead.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are all wired for growth and healing. My role is to support your natural capacity to move toward wholeness. I believe that you are the expert on your own life. I offer guidance, perspective, and tools in a space rooted in empathy and acceptance. When we meet ourselves with compassion, I believe we create the safety that we need to explore more deeply – to understand our patterns, reconnect with our inner wisdom, and find the courage to move forward. Above all, I believe that feeling truly seen, heard, and accepted is healing. Feeling safe, understood, and supported is the foundation for meaningful change. As your therapist, it is my honor and privilege to hold that space for you.
