Angry. Inadequate. Anxious. Unhappy. Powerless. Empty. These are all emotions with which I am well acquainted. Let me help you work through them like others have helped me. My Background and Approach
Sometimes we just need to feel seen and heard and our struggles become clearer. Often times our issues resolve themselves when we take a closer look at what we’re truly believing and feeling about ourselves and the situation. You have the answers and there is nothing wrong with you. Whatever your current circumstances may be, I would be honored to assist you on your journey. I have been practicing therapy for over 10 years but more importantly I have done the work myself. The one thing I can promise is that it is easier with someone you trust. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that life can be very painful. People reject us, we make mistakes, or we can't seem to control ourselves or our emotions. We start to believe that there is something wrong with us or that we’ll never be happy or carefree. Unresolved pain, trauma, or grief can make us feel hopeless, trapped, and isolated. There is a reason we feel this way and act the way we do. Discovering these reasons has been my life's work and passion. Once you uncover the true cause for your feelings and behavior, the solution presents itself so clearly. It may not be easy but it is so worth it. I believe that all of the answers you are looking for are inside of you and they simply get covered with self doubt, pain, or fear.
