About My Clients
I know what it's like to feel stuck and out of control in your life. Is your Social Anxiety or relationships holding you back? I'm here to help you navigate through your life stressors and challenges. I'll teach you new coping skills, strategies and ideas to get your life back on track. I have a proven track record for connecting well with my clients, and quickly assessing where their issues stem from. I'm then able to give them direction on how to address their current issues.
My Background and Approach
I have been in private practice for the last 18 years, and am proud to be an LCSW. I believe that my education not only trained me well to be a great therapist with creative ideas, but also to look at the client as one part of the system. I understand that there are many factors contributing to a persons' life struggles, relationship issues etc. I will help you get to the root of your problems and then work together to come up with a plan so that you can get back to living the life you have always dreamed of.

I believe we all have more strength and courage within us than we may realize. Sometimes we just need the opportunity to talk about your life challenges and gain new ideas and perspectives.
