My Background and Approach
I commend you for your courage to reach out for therapy. I have helped many individuals alleviate their symptoms from anxiety, depression, adjustment to life transitions, career challenges, trauma, recovery from narcissistic abuse, ADHD, disordered eating, family and parenting challenges, as well as reproductive (peri/menopausal) mental health.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I also have my Limited Licensed Counselor and National Certified Counselor Credentials. I have a B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, where I focused my research on the misdiagnosis of bipolar disorder and the treatment for caregivers of loved ones with Alzheimer's dementia.
