I provide a warm, safe, and steady space to gently explore the shadows so that you may find your light and come home to yourself. Through empathic listening, validating reflection, and intuitive guidance, I aim to create a judgment-free, sacred space for you to explore, heal and evolve. Together, we will develop a therapeutic framework that aligns with your unique needs and values. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed. I often use mindfulness exercises for nervous system regulation, to reduce anxiety and stress, and facilitate inner strength, stability, and peace. I offer creative visualization techniques as a resource for relieving painful pockets of the past and unfolding desired pathways for your present and future. I have been told by clients that my energy is grounding and calming. Ultimately, I believe you are your own best healer; the therapeutic process will help you connect to your inner therapist and guide.
