About My Clients
There is peace to be found from overwhelming feelings of grief, shame, and guilt. I want to join you on your journey and work with you to find the peace that you desire. I work with individuals who have experienced loss and are looking for relief from the heaviness of grief. All types of grief are valid and deserve acknowledgment, especially those that might be considered disenfranchised by the greater society.
My Background and Approach
I utilize existentialism, humanism, and a person-centered approach in my work as a counselor. What does this mean for you? Together, we'll acknowledge and support every aspect of you that makes you who you are, in an environment that feels safe and comfortable. Therapy is your time to focus on yourself and you deserve that.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Pain doesn't pick and choose who it affects. None of us are immune to the harsh reality of some of life's experiences and I want to invite you to explore and process these experiences together. No matter where you come from, you are welcome in the counseling space. 'I am a human being, nothing human can be alien to me' -Maya Angelou.
