My Background and Approach
I help adults struggling with anxiety, relational trauma, and PTSD understand what's driving these patterns and work toward meaningful change. Rather than focusing just on managing symptoms, we'll explore the experiences and protective patterns underneath them, and work toward healing using proven approaches such as EMDR. You’ve already spent enough time surviving. You deserve to feel more at ease in your own mind, more confident in yourself, and more connected in your relationships.
