About My Clients
I am best for people who are seeking an empathetic and safe space to process their emotional inner world. I help clients explore what is currently happening in their life, and consider how things could be different by use of attachment and emotion focused therapies.
My Background and Approach
I obtained my Masters in Counseling from Western Seminary in 2019, and have completed Level 1 training in Emotion Focused Therapy, and will be completing Level 2 this Fall/Spring. I am a relational based therapist who seeks to help clients become the best version of themselves. I value authenticity, creativity, and genuine connection. I use attachment, psychodynamic, and emotionally focused therapies to support clients. I have experience in working with individuals on a variety of issues, including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, trauma, survival of physical and/or sexual abuse, adjustment to life transition, grief over loss, relationship conflict, parenting skills, and spiritual concerns. I believe people are influenced by their biological temperament, life experience, past and present relationships with significant people, and their core values. I am always eager to incorporate your worldview and values into our work together.
