About My Clients

My ideal client is someone who is ready for change but may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure where to start. I work best with individuals who want a safe, supportive space to explore their emotions, regain control, and build healthier patterns. I especially enjoy supporting young adults, women, students, professionals, and individuals navigating major life transitions or high-stress environments. I also work well with clients dealing with trauma, relationship challenges, mental health crisis.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Forensic Psychology, and I’m currently advancing my training as I pursue my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. My educational background gives me a strong understanding of human behavior, trauma, stress responses, and the deeper patterns that influence how we think, feel, and interact with the world. My therapeutic approach is warm, evidence-based, and client-centered. I integrate a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), talk therapy, and trauma-informed techniques to support clients through anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are, without judgment, and helping them build tools that create real, lasting change. Every session is collaborative—I focus on creating a safe space, empowering clients to understand themselves more deeply, and guiding them toward healthier coping skills, clarity, and emotional balance

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and respected—no exceptions. My work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that healing becomes possible when people finally have a place where they don’t have to hide any part of who they are. I strongly support LGBTQ+ communities, people of color, and unspoken-for or underserved populations who have historically lacked access, representation, or safe mental health support. My practice is intentionally inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally aware, centered on honoring each client’s unique story and experiences. I am passionate about creating pathways to healing for individuals who’ve been overlooked or misunderstood, and I strive to provide therapy that is empowering, affirming, and deeply validating. My goal is to help every client feel valued and capable of change, regardless of their background or what they’ve been through.
