About My Clients
I work with adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, and emotional regulation. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, and a holistic mind-body perspective. Therapy is a space to feel understood without judgment while building practical tools for everyday life. Together, we’ll identify what is getting in the way, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and challenges with focus and organization. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and a holistic mind-body perspective. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard and understood while also gaining practical tools for everyday life. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop strategies to support meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and that therapy is most effective when clients feel respected, understood, and accepted. I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where clients can feel comfortable being open about their experiences. I believe therapy should be individualized to each person’s experiences, strengths, values, and goals. I value authenticity, compassion, self-awareness, and balance, and encourage clients to approach themselves with patience and understanding. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with family and pets, creating art, and being outdoors. I believe meaningful relationships, personal interests, and time for yourself are important parts of overall well-being.
