About My Clients
I have a diverse background working with adolescents, young adults and adults in all stages of life. Specialty/ areas of interest include infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, women's issues, parent consults around behavioral management of toddlers and young children, depression, anxiety and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I have been a practicing social worker for over 10 years and have experience in a variety of settings. My most recent work is with children and families in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. I operate from a Strength-based and Cognitive Behavioral therapy lens with elements of other modalities. I work with each of my clients to identify tools and strategies that they can use to address these difficulties, feel better and lead a more fulfilling life.
