About My Clients
Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety spikes, intrusive thoughts, compulsive urges, or trauma triggers that seem to appear out of nowhere? I understand how exhausting it can be to feel stuck in cycles of fear, doubt, or feeling on edge even when safe. These symptoms can disrupt daily life, but they are treatable. With evidence-based care like CBT, ERP, and trauma-focused therapy, you can build skills to reduce distress, face fears safely, process experiences, and regain calm, control, and stability
My Background and Approach
The tools I provide are evidence-based strategies refined over 8 years of clinical experience treating anxiety, OCD, and trauma-related concerns. My goal is for you to build a personalized toolkit of practical, discreet skills you can use anywhere to manage distress in real time, not just in session. I take a direct, structured, solution-focused approach, working collaboratively on both symptom relief and long-term resilience. We use CBT to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that drive anxiety and distress. For OCD and anxiety, we use ERP to gradually face feared thoughts, sensations, or situations while reducing avoidance and compulsions, helping your brain learn new, less fearful responses. For trauma-related symptoms, we use trauma-informed and exposure-based strategies to safely process triggers and reduce reactivity over time. The goal is lasting stability, increased confidence, and the ability to manage symptoms effectively across daily life situations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe you can change and grow at any point in your life. Many of the struggles you’re experiencing are patterns your mind and body have learned over time, which also means they can be unlearned and replaced with healthier, more effective ways of responding. My work is active, structured, and focused on building practical skills you can actually use in your daily life to better manage anxiety, OCD, and trauma-related symptoms. I provide a nonjudgmental and supportive space where we work together as a team. My goal is to help you understand what’s happening in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and then give you concrete tools to respond differently. Over time, this process is aimed at helping you feel more stable, confident, and in control of your life.
