About My Clients
Men who see me for counseling are success driven and tend to push through the grind of stressful deadlines. They realize that their stress has finally caught up to them. My Background and Approach
My approach to counseling is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, a proven and effective method to create positive, lasting change. It focuses on creating insight, building awareness, and practicing new patterns of behavior until they feel natural. The key is the guided practice of these new behaviors. I help my clients practice what they want to achieve before they try it in the real world. My background is in athletics. My first career was competitive cycling. Like you, I was driven to succeed, but also struggled with anxiety and burnout. Today, I help help high achieving men and athletes who are go through the same things I dealt with. I offer my personal experience as well as my professional training in psychology to help you achieve your goals.
