About My Clients
Whether it’s helping a child manage big emotions, supporting a teen through academic and social pressures, or guiding a young adult through life transitions, I work to provide practical tools for growth and resilience. I want therapy to feel approachable and encouraging a safe place to talk openly, explore challenges, and take steps towards healing.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, and behavior issues. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients and families feel understood, encouraged, and empowered. My approach is tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, and a strength-based perspective. Together, we focus on building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and highlighting personal strengths to create a lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a supportive and collaborative process where you feel truly heard and understood. Everyone’s journey looks different, and I see my role as walking alongside you helping you explore challenges, discover your strengths, and build practical tools that make life feel more manageable.
