About My Clients
I work with adults ages 18 to 65 who are motivated to improve their well-health. My ideal clients are students, professionals, parents and even other clinicians who are high functioning but may struggle with their mental health. I take a collaborative, holistic approach, creating personalized treatment plans and working alongside other providers to support each client’s unique needs, goals, and overall well-being.
My Background and Approach
I take a collaborative and holistic approach to treatment, recognizing that mental health is complex and deeply personal. Each client’s journey is unique, which is why I create individualized treatment plans tailored to specific needs and goals. My approach combines compassion with evidence-based care, drawing on a variety of tools to treat conditions such as ADHD, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I also believe in the power of teamwork and value working closely with your other clinicians. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I earned both my Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from Vanderbilt University, where I developed a strong foundation in clinical excellence and patient-centered treatment. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing a wide variety of mental health conditions in a number of clinical settings.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. Seeking support is not a sign of failure or weakness, but a courageous step towards healing and growth. Mental health is an essential part of overall well-being, and every individual has the right to be treated with respect, dignity, and empathy on their journey.
