About My Clients

I support clients with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, life transitions, communication, relationships, boundary-setting, and executive functioning challenges. I am especially attuned to the unique strengths and challenges that arise for clients from Hispanic and other multicultural backgrounds. Whether you are managing ADHD, coping with shifts in career or family roles, or seeking to deepen communication and intimacy, I will tailor our sessions to your values, goals, and lived experience.

My Background and Approach

Since earning my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and completing 2 levels of Gottman training, I have built a toolkit of evidence‑based techniques designed to help you see real change. I specialize in guiding clients through major life transitions and executive‑functioning challenges, especially when ADHD or other neurodiverse traits are involved. Because I understand how traditional approaches can miss the mark for neurodivergent individuals, I focus on creating routines and relationship rituals that work with your brain’s natural rhythms, not against them. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling equipped with multiple go‑to strategies—tools you carry with you wherever you go—so that you’re not just surviving your challenges, but thriving through them.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every person has the capacity to grow and change, no matter where you start. Mental health challenges are often learned coping patterns—and with compassion, curiosity, and the right tools, those patterns can be rewritten. As a proud bilingual Latina, I’m deeply committed to cultural humility and making therapy accessible and affirming for Hispanic and multicultural communities. I also believe that neurodiversity is a central facet of human experience—differences in attention, processing, and learning styles are not deficits but unique strengths to be understood and celebrated. Above all, I value curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I don’t believe in one‑size‑fits‑all solutions; I believe in listening deeply to your story and co‑creating a path that reflects your values, culture, and hopes. If these causes and beliefs resonate with you, I’d welcome the chance to work together—and to learn from one another as we build a more just, empathetic world.
