About My Clients
I work with people to learn skills and maintain through the stress of life. I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused, and narrative approaches to help clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, or a lack of connections with others.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have worked with many different clients, and I have gotten the experience needed to gain the insights I need to help my clients and give the compassion they need through treatment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I want my clients to be comfortable, and I want to be feel safe and open with me so that we can work through treatment together, the best way, and timing that works for them. I care about my clients and want to them to feel cared for and wanted. After each of our sessions I want them to feel better and excited about coming to the next session.
