About My Clients

Trauma, First Responders and medical field related stressors, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, high stress occupations, communication, and professional growth coaching. Coming to my practice, you will encounter an open accepting forum for you to explore your stresses, trauma, and experiences to better understand what is creating difficulty in your day to day life. I work with you, using talk therapy, tools and tasks of achievement to guide you forward so you can feel safe, and successful.

My Background and Approach

With Melody's history and experiences with individual and group peer support, critical incident stress management and physical health experiential tools, Melody will work with the client to explore and unpack the root cause for presenting symptoms and struggles. She will guide the client with open conversation, safe exploration, educational tools and assignments to offer stability, growth and success. Melody will use her unique background and education to work with the client as a whole person, knowing that mental and physical wellness go hand in hand. She will guide and assist clients with recognizing pitfalls and triggers that create stress reactions in the body. Stress reactions that harbor high cortisol levels, disrupt sleep cycles and enhance the need for risk taking behavior. Melody offers free 15 minute consultations, remote sessions and self pay opportunities.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Drawing on my experience in peer support, critical incident stress management, and health-focused practices, I help clients uncover the root causes of their struggles and symptoms. Together, we’ll explore these challenges in a safe, open, and supportive space, using conversation, education, and practical tools to create meaningful change. I believe mental and physical health are deeply connected, and my approach focuses on treating the whole person. I will use my past training, specialized approach, and cultural competence to help clients recognize the body’s stress responses—such as disrupted sleep, high cortisol levels, or risk-taking behaviors—and learn healthier ways to restore balance. If you’re ready to find stability, growth, and renewed strength, I would be honored to walk this path with you. Let’s take the next step together.
