About My Clients
I work with individuals of all ages who may be carrying heavy burdens and aren’t quite sure what to do with them. These challenges might come from childhood trauma, ongoing anxiety, or major life transitions that can gradually wear down self-esteem and confidence. In our work together, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll build a collaborative plan that is tailored to your unique needs.
My Background and Approach
I take an integrative approach to therapy, which means I pull from different methods to best support where you are right now and where you want to grow. Using tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients reframe their trauma stories, connect more deeply with their values, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want to create.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Black woman living with a disability, I recognize how identity, culture, and lived experiences intersect to shape the way we see ourselves and the world. I bring this awareness into my work, ensuring that therapy is not only a place for healing but also one that honors your whole self. Walking beside people as they rediscover their strength, embrace their stories, and take meaningful steps toward growth is truly the greatest gift of this work.
