About My Clients
I work with adults who are ready to move beyond simply coping and begin true, whole-person healing. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach that blends evidence-based therapy with integrative mind-body practices. Together, we'll help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in both traditional psychotherapy and integrative mental health. I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work with a holistic concentration, a Master's Degree in Complementary & Alternative Medicine, and I am completing my PhD in Mind/Body Medicine specializing in Integrative Mental Health. My approach blends evidence-based therapies—including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care—with whole-person wellness. With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through medical, emotional, and life challenges, I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools for lasting healing and meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to feel safe, respected, accepted, and valued exactly as they are. My practice is built on the principles of compassion, curiosity, authenticity, and cultural humility, and I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, identities, beliefs, and life experiences. I am passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and creating a space where people can show up as their authentic selves without fear of judgment. I believe healing happens through connection, self-compassion, and understanding the unique experiences that shape us. Outside of the therapy room, you'll often find me spending time in nature, tending my garden, reading, learning, or exploring holistic wellness practices. I believe caring for our mental health isn't about perfection—it's about creating intentional moments that nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits. My hope is that everyone who works with me feels genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to build a life that feels mean
