My Background and Approach
I am a dual-certified nurse practitioner (FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC) with over 12 years of diverse healthcare experience. I hold a Master's in Family Nurse Practitioner and a Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University Global. My specialties include managing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, and PTSD, as well as providing support for weight loss and preventive care. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a person-focused approach to create individualized care plans for my clients.
