I am a holistic, client centered therapist that is empathetic, collaborative and goal-oriented. I focus on addressing negative self-talk and maladaptive behaviors that tend to get in the way of your life goals. My style is very personable, which allows us to explore your needs and becoming present-focused. If you are struggling with life transitions, frequently feeling overwhelmed, and are looking for guidance, together we can work towards achieving your full potential.

Through this compassionate and candid way, we will create a plan of action that helps us navigate to your needs and life goals. I work with individuals, families, and caregivers by using an eclectic therapeutic approach that draws upon strengths-based practice, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness-Based Practices; these modalities allow for learning effective coping strategies, positive behavioral changes, and developing new relationships to one's own experiences. I am available for short and long-term treatment planning.
