My Background and Approach
I have over 10 years of experience and hold a Master of Science in Counseling. My approach is client-centered and collaborative — I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to support meaningful, lasting change. I also bring a trauma-informed lens to my work, recognizing how past experiences may shape current struggles while offering a space of safety and trust.
