About My Clients
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, stress or trauma? Or maybe something is just a little off, but you can't tell what it is? Have you tried going to therapy before and it just didn't seem to click? Well, welcome! My clients often express feeling very comfortable and relaxed during our sessions, even when we are working on the really difficult stuff. I believe my clients are the experts on their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It's my job to help you find those within yourself.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is eclectic and collaborative. Through creative methods, experiential techniques, and traditional techniques, we'll work together to process a variety of presenting problems. I'm also a fan of dark humor, books referrals, podcast recommendations, etc. We can also explore areas of health, nutrition, and exercise.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
There are a few populations that are especially near and dear to my heart including military veterans and their families, and first responders and their families. These populations give so much to their community, and it affects their personal lives. That's when it's my turn to help with understanding PTSD, processing trauma, and repairing relationships.
