About My Clients

My Background and Approach
By acknowledging the connection between the body, mind, and spirit, I create a space for you to explore unprocessed experiences and emotions. As these become integrated, you begin to reclaim your sense of wholeness. I am have extensive experience helping patients with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma symptoms. I also have certifications in several trauma-informed modalities, including EMDR, CBT/DBT, and somatic experiencing. My counseling work focuses on tools that help connect the Mind, Body and Soul.

I believe that all good counseling is spiritual in nature. No matter what evidence-based modality we use, the therapeutic process deepens your connection to your core Self. I also know that the therapeutic relationship we create by working together is the stable foundation for your expansion and healing.
