About My Clients
I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, women’s health issues, and relationship concerns. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, empowered, and supported in your healing journey. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and strength-based practices.

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, trustworthy environment where you set the pace. Therapy with me is a collaborative and client-led process:there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. I believe in meeting each moment with openness and compassion, creating space for your authentic experiences to unfold without judgment. Whether we’re processing difficult emotions, exploring past experiences, or building practical coping tools, my focus is always on what feels most supportive and meaningful for you. I am trained in Written Exposure Therapy (WET) and Brainspotting, both of which support healing from trauma in a focused, gentle, and effective way. I currently provide therapy under clinical supervision, and offer sessions both in person and via secure telehealth, based on your comfort and preference. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to process and grow, I'm here to walk alongside you.
