About My Clients
I specialize in working with adult survivors of trauma and adult children of narcissistic parents. Whether you are looking for support around anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress, you have come to the right place. I have worked with survivors of trauma for the past 7 years. My practice and interventions are trauma-informed.
My Background and Approach
I am certified in EMDR and use it to alleviate stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, among other concerns. I incorporate mindfulness-based practices, parts work and CBT. I also provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for those who are interested.
