specialize in mindfulness-based approaches to therapy. I believe that learning to stay present in the moment helps clients break free from being stuck in the past or overwhelmed by worries about the future. By combining Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients build awareness, self-compassion, and resilience.

I work from a holistic and integrative approach to help clients reach their full potential in all areas of life. My experience spans various settings including inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use treatment programs.
