I help by offering individual telehealth therapy using an integrative approach grounded in CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and existential frameworks. I help clients gain insight, manage distress, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-awareness, and resilience.

I hold strong beliefs in human rights, equality, and social justice, and I strive to bring these values into my work every day. I know what it feels like to feel alone in your experience or judged for who you are, which is why I deeply value creating a space where clients can be fully themselves without fear of judgment.
