I truly believe that we can overcome anything life throws our way. We are not alone in this. Everyone is struggling or struggles at some point in life.
I focus mostly on Anxiety symptoms and disorders because I feel that, in my 23 years of experience, Anxiety plays the biggest role in why we feel, behave, and react the way that we do to our circumstances. Everything stems from our past on some level and we have to learn to understand that to understand the anxiety we are feeling and how it relates to our current symptoms. it's a process but worth the ride.
Learning to identify the issue, feeling through it, and accepting it does not mean you have to excuse who has hurt you or what has happened to you. It just means we are no longer allowing that thing to destroy and own us.
I teach a variety of coping skills that can easily be integrated into your every day to help you maintain a sense of self throughout life's challenges.
