My Background and Approach
My primary work has been in medical settings, including inpatient, outpatient and community health. I believe that when working with individuals, the human connection is the core of what makes therapy meaningful and effective.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, and inclusive. I draw from Mindfulness Practice, Attachment Theory, and Family Systems Theory alongside Motivational Interviewing in my practice. My style is warm, intuitive, and collaborative. No matter the modality, my approach is always organized around the human connection.
