About My Clients
I work from a relational, body-based approach, supporting trauma, C-PTSD, burnout, depression, chronic illness, and major life transitions. I specialize in early developmental trauma, including healing that does not rely solely on words when talking feels exhausting or limited. I often work with highly self-reliant people who feel alone even when surrounded by community. Through gentle, consensual therapeutic touch and attuned presence, the body can begin to feel safer, soften long-held
My Background and Approach
I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor Registration Applicant, supervised by Colette Mercier, LMFT (#127218). My training includes somatic and relational approaches through the California Institute of Integral Studies, as well as study with Shirley Dvir and Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen. My work is grounded in relational somatics, developmental trauma, and therapeutic touch. I work gently and at the pace of safety, supporting the nervous system to build capacity rather than pushing for change. In our work together, I pay close attention to relational patterns as they arise in the room and support new, more resourced patterns to emerge. My approach emphasizes consent, choice, and collaboration, allowing clients to deepen trust in themselves while experiencing safety in relationship.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is deeply connected to liberation, consent, and dignity. I value work that honors nervous system safety, bodily autonomy, and relational accountability. I am committed to practices that support equity, trauma-informed care, and the reclamation of voice, agency, and belonging.
