My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe that change is possible — at any stage of life. We’re not stuck with the patterns we inherited, the behaviors we learned to survive, or the beliefs that no longer serve us. What’s been learned can also be unlearned — and replaced with something stronger, healthier, and more aligned with who you really are.
