About My Clients
We help women and couples make sense of what’s happening in their relationships and find a way back to feeling connected, calm, and grounded. Maybe you’ve been feeling lonely, afraid of rejection, stuck in old patterns, or uncomfortable in your body. Or maybe communication struggles, infidelity, or family drama keep getting in the way of the closeness you want. Whatever it is, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, relational, and deeply attuned to each person I work with. I meet you where you are, helping you move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. I integrate psychodynamic and relational therapy with practical tools from CBT and EMDR to support both insight and healing. Whether we’re processing trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, rebuilding after a rupture, or working through transitions like parenthood or partnership changes, I aim to help you find clarity, strength, and confidence in who you are and how you relate to others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’ve spent years supporting individuals and couples through complex emotional experiences. I completed my Master’s in Social Work at NYU and trained at The Ackerman Institute for the Family. I’m also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and have completed EMDR training (Levels 1 & 2) Through Personal Transformation Institute . My work is guided by an anti-racist, LGBTQ+ affirming, and Health at Every Size lens — because healing happens best in spaces where all parts of you are welcome.
