About My Clients
Taking the step to reach out to a therapist takes courage, so I appreciate your willingness and desire to start therapy, increase support, and make healthy changes in your life. My primary goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you. We will navigate your journey together in that space, starting where you are now and collaborating on future goals.
My Background and Approach
Utilizing a person-centered approach, in our work together you’ll begin to unlock skills you have within, develop new ones, and strengthen your overall coping strategies and mental health. I take a holistic approach, learning about you in all of your environments and understanding their impact. Using an eclectic style, I’ll incorporate individualized styles and skills to best support you. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strength-based, and existential. I work with neurodivergent children and adults, ADHD, and Autism. I also specialize in grief, loss, and life transitions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a safe space to explore and grow with support and nonjudgement. I look forward to providing and holding that space for all of my clients.
