Clients come to me looking for a therapist who "gets” what happened to them on a deeper level in a place where you feel safe & validated. Therapy sessions are a combination of talking and exercises—whatever makes sense for you. We will always go at your pace, never pushing to places you’re not ready to be.
My Background and Approach
Do you find yourself fearing food and/or obsessing over obtaining the "perfect" body, no matter what you do? Maybe you’re tired of stressing out over calories, tearing yourself apart every time you mess up, or feeling like you’re about to crumble at any second. At this point, maybe it’s hard to even remember a time you didn’t feel like this. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to eat out without panicking. You’re ready to find joy in the day-to-day again. Most of all, you’re ready to heal your relationship with your body and yourself. You’re ready for a new “normal,” and I can help you get there.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we have the power to change ourselves. My goal is to help client’s achieve peace within themselves through different modalities. I adhere to client'-focused and cognitive behavioral modalities.
