My Background and Approach

I'm here to help you access top-tier treatments—CBT, ACT, ERP—the gold standard for stress, anxiety, and burnout. My approach transforms knowledge into actionable solutions, providing relief and promoting relaxation. Through warm and interactive exploration, I empower you to control anxious thoughts and behaviors. Step into a space where research-driven solutions meet compassionate understanding.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

In recognizing challenges individuals face with stress, burnout, and anxiety, I began a passion for delivering evidence-based programs to reduce symptoms. I embarked on a journey, cutting through noise to bring science-backed tools to clients through research on transformation mechanisms for stress, anxiety, and psychopathology. My stress research prompted a deeper understanding and contribution to minority stress, addressing mental health disparities among sexual and gender minority (SGM) individuals due to stigma-related stress. Committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based treatments, I incorporate self-compassion as a valuable coping resource. A recent spotlight by the American Psychology Association highlights an article stemming from this work. Explore more here: https://www.apa.org/pubs/highlights/spotlight/issue-275. My goal is to offer empathetic support to those navigating stress, anxiety, and burnout, with a keen awareness of the impact of minority stress.
