About My Clients
My work focuses on supporting people navigating caregiver stress, bereavement, and end-of-life experiences—times when life can feel especially uncertain, overwhelming, or isolating. I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where every person feels respected, understood, and welcomed.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Grief Informed Professional providing online therapy to individuals in the Greater New Orleans area. I received my Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of New Orleans, with concentrations in Psychology, Sociology, and Health Promotion, and my Master of Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans. My education and clinical training have shaped a holistic understanding of the emotional, psychological, and relational impact of illness, caregiving, loss, and grief. Conversations about illness, dying, and grief deserve openness, honesty, and compassion. My role is not to rush the process or offer quick solutions, but to sit with you in whatever emotions arise and provide steady support during some of life’s most difficult transitions. In therapy, I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring complex emotions and experiences.
