My ideal client is an adult navigating trauma, anxiety, or major life transitions, seeking deeper healing and self-understanding. I work well with those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, helping them process past experiences and build healthier coping skills. Using Neurofeedback, EMDR, IFS, CBT, and Person-Centered Therapy, I create a supportive space for growth. I also offer neurofeedback for all ages, helping improve focus, regulation, and well-being. My Background and Approach
I earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from Colorado Christian University and have experience working at a Christian non-profit counseling center, where I supported individuals facing anxiety, trauma, depression, ADD, child behavioral challenges, stress, eating disorders, self-esteem issues, and grief. Additionally, I have provided neurofeedback services in two private practices. I am trained in EMDR and currently completing supervision for certification. I also hold BCN and QEEG-DL certifications in neurofeedback.
