About My Clients
Do you experience low desire in intimate relationships? Do you long for deeper attachment relationships and/or more sexual fulfillment? Past upsetting events, a lack of understanding of core erotic desire, and shame surrounding asking for needs can dampen your ability to be fully present. I a trauma informed sex therapist that works with individuals or couples.
My Background and Approach
I have advanced training in the realm of relationships and sex. I am also EMDR trained for clients who are interested in reprocessing trauma. I can help guide you in navigating emotional connection and physical intimacy in adult relationships through learning about boundaries, consent, core erotic desires and attachment in adult relationships. I can teach you coping skills and work with you to help you connect more fully with yourself and others and reclaim your ability to show up more fully in your life. Many of the exercises are experiential and you can apply them solo or with a partner.
