My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In my opinion, personal growth and change are always possible, regardless of age or circumstance. I reject the notion that humans have a fixed limit to their potential. Mental health challenges often arise from learned behaviors that are unhealthy and often developed due to adverse experiences. However, these behaviors can be unlearned and replaced with healthy ones. I believe that individuals have the power to shed their faulty protective behaviors and adopt positive habits with the help of therapy and support.
