With clinical experience in addiction and mental health treatment settings, I have had the privilege of working with primarily adults coping with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance abuse, mood disorders and personality disorders.
Some treatment modalities I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and unconditional positive regard.
