Hi there! Are you a woman with ADHD (or ADHD-like symptoms)? While an ADHD diagnosis can be difficult for anyone, women often present with unique symptoms and needs that have long been ignored by the Mental Health Profession. Women with ADHD don't just struggle with the neurological difficulties that come with the disorder, but often struggle emotionally because of negative messages, unrealistic expectations, ignored symptoms/ misdiagnoses, and chronic shaming.
My Background and Approach
I am an LMSW with 15+ years of experience in the field of social work and a lifetime of personal experience with ADHD. I use a neurodiversity affirming approach to help clients identify their unique strengths, better understand their challenges, and create "ADHD-friendly" solutions to their problems. My ultimate goal is to help you learn to love and accept your most authentic self. This is a supervised private practice.
