My Background and Approach
For more than 20 years, I have specialized in working with Women. I welcome Women wanting to do the deeper work of Self that is required to live an integrated, authentic, peaceful and meaningful life. My approach to therapy is informed by my own personal practices and professional training in: ~ Psychodynamics ~ Meditation ~ EFT Tapping ~ Hypnosis ~ Progressive Counting and ~ Somatic processing I believe that the connection between the client and the therapist is the foundation of all good therapy, and a deeply important factor in facilitating growth. Equally important, of course, is your therapist's training, expertise and skill. From the beginning of our work together, I will offer you effective tools you may begin using on your own to reduce your stress levels and regulate your own emotions. From there, we will collaborate to create a healing experience unique to you and your needs with the goal of getting you the most relief possible as quickly as possible.
