I have been doing Gender Therapy for 13 yrs. I am available to help you meet the requirements for hormone treatment and all gender related surgeries. I can write all letters of recommendation as well as provide supportive. I provide help regarding coming out, living full time, setting transition goals. Therapy enables the client to deal realistically with related trans. issues of self esteem, fear, depression, and a successful transition.

My therapeutic orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and depending on the individual needs of the client, I may pull from other therapeutic orientations. My Cognitive Therapy skills enable the client to deal realistically with issues of self esteem, fear, depression, and anxiety. These can be related to a gender transition or every day life. I can help you find ways to lessen and cope with your depression so that you can move forward with life and the goals you have made.
