We are a boutique practice that aims to help you to nurture your whole self: mind, body and spirit. In our work together, we help you to identify ways of not only surviving your days, but learning how to thrive. In this practice, we aim to provide a new category or niche; an opportunity to create a truly flexible, culturally inclusive practice – one that is not just embracing of your language, cultural background or any category in which society places us, or the ones we impose upon ourselves. This practice aims to provide our clients with the opportunities to heal themselves through taking a holistic approach to mental health care considering your mind, emotions, body and spirit.
